What is the role of leade in terms of supporting the goals of others?  What if you feel the goals are unrealistic?

  1. I think that when you have a goal you need to be a good hard worker when acomplishing that goal. When you see someone else with a goal, it is always good to help other people.

  2. The role of leader when supporting goals of others, is to show an example and support them of whatever they are wanting to accomplish. Because if they have confidence, they also have hope, and have potential. If their goals sound unrealistic, it might sound funny and ridiculous at first, but sometimes its fun to go weird and extravagant. If anyone is willing to go in that direction, anything is possible. Nothing is impossible, if you have full passion in it, and are willing to put in dedication.

  3. Being a leader to me means wanting to help others achieve their full potential. A good leader should help others set realistic goals, following the Acronym S.M.A.R.T. This helps to set boundaries for a goal that can be achieved. If it sounds unrealistic, help them see why and set one that is within their means.

  4. A leader should always be a positive example to their friends.Showing them how much they care by trying to achieve their won goal as well. A leader should give them their full attention towards them and find ways they could help him or her achieve their goal.

  5. The role of a leader is to help others realize that they can accomplish their own goals even if they do seem unrealistic. It is not the role of a leader to judge the goals of others, and so the leader needs to continue to promote goal achieving success. Goals are often meant to seem unrealistic in the start, but through hard work and persistence the person is going to be able to achieve their goal.

  6. A leader should always be a good example to others. A leader should also encourage others in their goals whether they are unrealistic or not. Goals are not something that should always be met but something that you should learn from and try to meet.

  7. I think as a leader, even if reaching the goal is realistic or not, or ends up being a success or not. The most important thing is building up people to get the best version of them possible, help them realize there potential and help them reach it.

  8. Leaders should always help others reach towards their goals and encourage the people that look up them for support and help. Having this ability always will help in seeing a goal that you can't really see. You don't always know what the outcome will show if they actually do accomplish their goal.

  9. Leaders should always support others' dreams regardless of how crazy they are. At a certain point it is necessary to try to talk them down, when it is hurting the people as they try to reach their goal. But if you support your friends and those around you as they try to reach their goals, and as you do too.

  10. (I know this is late, my email wasn't working) I think amazing leaders are leaders that have an impact on multiple people's lives. They need to support them and their dreams so that they will do it in return. If the goal is unrealistic, instead of shooting the idea down and making them feel bad, maybe slowly help them realize it being unrealistic and help them find another awesome goal to do.
