What Mr. Keating meant was, it is important to live life to the fullest and seize big moments, but there can come a time when the carpe diem goes too far and brings on serious consequences. You stillgot to think before you act. When taking actions, you need to take precaution. For example, In the old karate kid movie, daniel took action by kicking open the apartment gate, when after he did it, he hurt another boy on the other side of the gate
